The Heart of Our Service
At Home Caregivers hires compassionate, experienced, and reliable caregivers who undergo a comprehensive screening process, including state and federal fingerprinting, reference checks, and verification of previous employment. Before providing care, caregivers must complete the California Department of Social Services Home Care Aide (HCA) registration requirements. We then provide ongoing training to meet our high standards of care.
Experienced Staff for Exceptional Care
We have developed a program of ongoing training and recognition for our outstanding caregivers. As the employer of record, we pay all wages, taxes, and workers' compensation insurance. All caregivers are screened, bonded, and insured. We encourage the development of the client-caregiver relationship through consistent caregiver scheduling.
Our staff includes Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Certified Home Health Aides (CHHA), and Companion Homemakers. Many of our Caregivers have worked with At Home Caregivers for years.
