Q.Do you take long-term care insurance, and how does it work?
Yes. While we usually do not take assignment of benefits, our services are reimbursed by long-term care insurers including Genworth, John Hancock, CalPERS, MetLife, Thrivent, Banker’s Life, Penn Treaty, CNA, and Conseco. As a free service, we submit weekly invoices and Care Notes, usually by fax, to both the client and the insurer.
