While we don’t usually take the “assignment of benefits,” our services are reimbursed by long-term care insurance agencies including Genworth, John Hancock, CalPERS, MetLife, Thrivent, Bankers Life, Penn Treaty, CNA, and Conseco. As a free service, we submit weekly invoices and Care Notes to both the client and the insurer.
