Q.What happens if my caregiver cannot work due to illness?
We will provide a replacement caregiver whenever necessary. In our entire history, we have NEVER left a client in need unattended, ever. Your loved one’s care continues without a gap, so your family never has to scramble to fill in.
Q.Do you take long-term care insurance, and how does it work?
Yes. While we do not usually take the “assignment of benefits,” our services are reimbursed by long-term care insurance agencies including Genworth, John Hancock, CalPERS, MetLife, Thrivent, Bankers Life, Penn Treaty, CNA, and Conseco. As a free service, we submit weekly invoices and Care Notes to both the client and the insurer.
